BACKGROUND & EXPLANATION OF FILES:

On November 10, 2022, the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) released a new regulatory package (clean: 210 pages).

This round of regulations ("regs") makes a number of changes to definitions, licensing, operations, consumer safety, and more.

 

In December 2022, the DCC updated the file to incorporate equity fee waiver request and compliance testing changes (215 pages).

 

Also in December 2022, equity fee relief and large cultivation license regulations were approved (5 and 7 pages, respectively).
