1. Allow Walnut Creek’s locally permitted delivery retailer(s) to serve customers 21 and older, with or without a medical recommendation.

2. Strike local regulations that conflict with or are already addressed in state law and regulations.

 3. Adopt the Conversion without Competition option to switch HerbnJoy’s local authorization from a Medical Use Delivery-Only Operator to an Adult and Medical Use Delivery-Only Operator, without an interruption in operations.
